Cold-Chain Shipping

All temperature-sensitive compounds ship in insulated packaging with ice packs to maintain cold-chain integrity in transit. Orders are packed the same day they are fulfilled and shipped via expedited carrier service.

Processing Time

Orders placed before 2pm EST on business days are typically processed same-day. Orders placed after 2pm, or on weekends/holidays, ship the following business day.

Delivery Timelines

Domestic Expedited	1–2 business days
Domestic Standard	3–5 business days
International	7–14 business days (customs dependent)

Free Shipping

Orders over $150 qualify for free domestic expedited shipping automatically at checkout.

Storage Upon Arrival

Refrigerate or freeze compounds immediately upon arrival, according to the storage guidance on each product page. Lyophilized (powder) vials are generally stable at -20°C for long-term storage or 2-8°C short-term. Reconstituted solutions should be kept refrigerated and used within your protocol's specified window.

Damaged or Warm Shipments

If a shipment arrives without adequate cold packaging or appears compromised, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the packaging, and we will review the cold-chain log for your shipment.

International Orders

Customers are responsible for compliance with import regulations for research chemicals in their destination country, including any customs duties or import permits required.
