Nothing on this site constitutes medical advice. We do not provide dosing guidance for human or animal use, and no content should be construed as a recommendation for personal use of any product.

4. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear inconsistent with research use.

5. Shipping

Shipping timelines and cold-chain handling are described in our Shipping & Storage Policy. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon carrier delivery.

6. Returns

Due to the nature of cold-chain research materials, opened or reconstituted products cannot be returned. Unopened products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery — contact support before returning any item.

7. Limitation of Liability

Products are supplied "as is" for research purposes. Vitogen Labs is not liable for any misuse of products outside their intended laboratory research application, including any use in humans or animals.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Vitogen Labs is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
